Workshop Description | The BodyDreaming approach to dream work has been developed by Marian Dunlea during many years of teaching Bodysoul work both in small groups and BodySoul Rhythms intensives. Marian’s approach integrates her BodySoul Rhythms training with more recent training in Somatic Experiencing, Peter Levine’s approach to trauma.

“In the BodyDreaming workshop we build the temenos for the work by paying attention to both our individual body responses and the container of the group wherein the dream energy is held, mirrored and enfleshed. By sensing the resonance of our dream images in our bodies we can track psyche’s energy and as Jung and Marion Woodman teach us, see where that energy wants to go.
Working in this way within the holding container of the group, our dreams are given ground in our bodies and we can have an embodied sense of the direction in which the new Soul, Psyche energy may wish to express itself”.
